1. Licensed premises would complete an application to participate and pay an application fee of $100.
  2. Applicants would receive a scoring booklet that out lines all of the standard relating to the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety and the reduction of drunk driving and protecting children from harm, specifically under aged drinking.
  3. A team of compliance assessors would visit all participating premises to inspect and assess compliance.
  4. Through the scoring process, if the premise scores enough points to become accredited, they would receive marketing materials that would recognize their responsible operating practices.
  5. A panel of judges would review the top performers and vote on the Best Bar None finalists for the Tampa area.
  6. An awards and recognition gala would be held to recognize all of the accredited locations and to recognize the BEST BAR NONE recipient.
